Job Description: Administration ExecutiveJob Title: Administration ExecutiveLocation: Abu DhabiExperience: Minimum 3 YearsSalary: ₹100,000 per monthMain Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.Support the management team in planning and executing organizational strategies.Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Handle procurement of office supplies and liaise with vendors for maintenance and services.Coordinate with HR for recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining attendance records.Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to administrative functions.Prepare and present reports on administrative activities and office expenditures.Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.Essential Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Proven experience of at least 3 years in an administrative or executive role.Familiarity with office management software and tools, such as MS Office Suite and ERP systems.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Skills Required:Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficient in creating and analyzing reports and data.Strong understanding of administrative and operational processes.
