Administration Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and basics human resources tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel and Accommodation Coordination:
- Manage and monitor hotel and flight reservations for both clients and employees, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
- Visa Management:
- Oversee the creation and renewal of visas, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Account Management:
- Track and facilitate the opening of new accounts, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- HR Support:
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee tracking and updating HR systems as per free zone rules
- Provide support in the organization of employee seminars and training sessions.
- Administrative Support:
- Support the General Manager with scheduling, agenda management, and reporting.
- Handle general administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the office.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with HR tasks is a must
- Bachelor or MBA
- Driving license is a must
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving kills.
