In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions within an organization. This role involves supervising a team of administrative staff, ensuring that office operations run smoothly and efficiently, and providing support to upper management as needed.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by creating customized and detailed proposals that drive engagement and investment in off-plan real estate projects.
- Leverage DLD and OQOOD registration experience to ensure proposals are compliant with official requirements and enhance the clarity of investment benefits.
- Develop proposals for clients, including project pricing, payment plans, property details, and investment returns, tailored for Dubai’s real estate market.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, brokers, and marketing teams to gather project details, investor expectations, and competitive market insights for proposal development.
- Ensure all proposals are aligned with the company’s branding, legal requirements, and Dubai’s real estate market standards.
- Prepare pitch decks, presentations, and formal offers to showcase to potential investors, brokers, and end-users.
- Manage proposal deadlines to ensure timely submission, maintaining client trust and organizational efficiency.
- Maintain and continuously improve a repository of proposal templates, project case studies, and standard content tailored to Dubai’s real estate audience.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and client feedback to enhance proposal quality and positioning.
- Collaborate with senior management to create offers aligned with financial goals and Dubai market demands for both residential and commercial off-plan units.
- Assist in creating proposals for collaborations with brokers, real estate agencies, and investors, ensuring clarity on investment benefits and project value.

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field
- DLD and OQOOD experience (2-3 years of experience)
- Proven experience in office administration, with at least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Prior experience with budgeting, resource management, and office policies.
- Familiarity with office management best practices and industry standards.
