About the job Admin/Personal Assistant

Our client is a well-established firm dealing with the sale and distribution of graphical and packaging grades of paper in the Middle East, Asia and Northern Africa. We work closely with some of the biggest paper mills in Asia, Europe and South America to provide our customers with excellent service and support. 


Our company is currently seeking to recruit an Admin/Personal Assistant to join our team in Dubai, located at the IFZA Dubai Digital Park in Dubai Silicon Oasis area.


We are seeking candidates who meet the following general criteria:


  • Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is imperative. 
  • Arrangement of travel, booking, reservations for CEO
  • Knowledge of document handling (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Vessel Certificates etc.)
  • Practice in dealing with Letters of Credit and coordinating the related financial transactions between clients and the banks will be seen as an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and plenty of initiative.
  • A hard-working individual who is willing to take on any new challenges and learn new things.
  • Ability to follow instructions and take direction.
  • First-rate knowledge of Microsoft Office; in particular word processing and spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer.
