Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update databases with accurate information, ensuring data integrity.
  • Tender Monitoring:Track, review and share details of relevant tenders from different tender portals and institution websites. As well, ensure timely submission of tenders.
  • Arabic Translations: Provide accurate translations for social media posts, official documents, and marketing materials from English to Arabic.
  • Support Sales and Marketing Teams: Assist with administrative tasks to help drive marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and events.
  • Document Management: Organize, file, and manage both digital and physical documents for easy retrieval.
  • Client Communication: Respond to inquiries, assist with client follow-ups, and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
  • Office Coordination: Handle daily office tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and supporting overall office operations.
  • Other Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Collaborative with the ability to work well in a team environment and assist cross-functional departments.
  • Time Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Work Schedule:


  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Requirements
  • Desired candidate profile:


    • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
    • Vocational or diploma-level education in business administration or a related field.
    • Must possess a valid UAE family book.
    • A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Prior experience with tender management is a plus.
