Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established insurance provider in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage administrative tasks, support daily operations, and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Assist in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
