Job Description

The Admin Coordinator position is specifically for UAE nationals with a family book. This role is vital for supporting administrative functions within the fashion boutique in Mall of the Emirates. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to ensure efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage office operations and procedures for organizational effectiveness.
  2. Coordinate schedules and meetings for team members.
  3. Prepare reports and documents as required.
  4. Maintain and update filing systems for easy access to information.
  5. Handle correspondence and ensure timely responses.
  6. Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  7. Assist in planning company events and meetings.
  8. Provide administrative support across departments.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies in administrative tasks.
