We are currently seeking an Admin assistant for Software Engineering reporting directly to Head of Software Engineering to join the team based in Abu Dhabi.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both formal and informal, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, users, and customers.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Proficient in transversal management within a matrixed organization.
- Keen attention to detail and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experiences in: projects, Previous Jobs
Languages: Indicate a secondary language and proficiency expected level, only if English is insufficient to perform the job
