Shampooch, Dubai's foremost dog grooming facility, is expanding its administrative team and seeking a Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator who shares our passion for dogs. The ideal candidate should be an exceptional communicator, adept at multitasking, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Western or European Nationality Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Schedule grooming appointments efficiently, taking into account staff availability and mobile van routes.
- Maintain and update customer records using computer software.
- Assist in ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience.
- Work closely with the team to coordinate grooming services and mobile van schedules.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Handle a fast-paced work environment with a smile.
