Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized and personable Receptionist - Admin Assistant to manage front desk operations while supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring smooth office operations with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Manage visitor logs, access control, and security protocols.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishments.
  • Handle travel arrangements and hotel bookings for employees.
  • Support HR and operations teams with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence as needed.
