We are looking for the administration and office coordinator of our dreams to join our rapidly expanding team.
Your role will include various administrative tasks, supporting our company’s Chief of Staff and senior-level team members.
Your responsibilities shall include end-to-end administrative help, supporting government-related matters like visa and Emirates ID applications, managing office inventory, onboarding (and offboarding) employees, handling travel arrangements, welcoming visitors, and much more.
You'll also handle day-to-day accounting processes, like invoice processing, monthly accounts reconciliation, management trackers, and chasing up accounts receivables to get bills paid on time.
Plus, you'll also assist our Chief of Staff with in-house activities, like parties, celebrations, and our annual conference that brings together 50+ team members from around the globe.
In this position, not only will you coordinate in-office operations, but you'll also gain first-hand experience in the fields of digital marketing (SEO, content marketing, digital PR, and PPC) while working alongside the region's leading specialists in their field.
