Join EF Education First as an Activity Leader, and play a key role in helping international students have the best experience while learning English abroad. Your Role:
Leads groups of international students on a variety of activities and day trips
Creates a lively atmosphere during excursions, delivering excellent customer service
Takes responsibility for health and safety of all students including completing and adhering to risk assessments and emergency situations in line with EF policy and procedures
Research new destinations to lead new and exciting culturally immersive tours
Liaises with co-leaders and the Activities Team to discuss how to improve future activities and gives a thorough handover after each activity or event to aid future planning
Attend and assist the School Team with large events
Ensure the EF Student Code of Conduct is followed at all times and inform the management immediately of any misconduct
Requirements:
Highly motivated and sociable, able to welcome students to their new environment
Confident in leading and managing groups of students
Highly organised and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised
Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm under pressure
Customer service minded and quality oriented
Confident working with teens and young adults
Awareness and appreciation of cultural differences
Excellent communicator both with students, colleagues, and external clients
Fluency in English
Right to work in the Dubai at commencement of employment
