As the Acquisition Lead – Growth, you’ll be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition, optimizing performance marketing, and supercharging the referral program. You’ll work with a world-class team, leveraging the latest digital marketing strategies to fuel the next growth phase
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing (60%) Develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, and YouTube)
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize ROI /Payback and reduce CAC.
- Collaborate with the creative / design team to test and iterate different ad creatives /messaging
- Referral Program Optimization (30%) Design and implement strategies to grow and optimize the referral program for maximum impact.
- Analyze referral data to identify trends and opportunities to enhance participation and conversion.
- Collaborate with product and CRM teams to create a seamless referral experience for users.
- SEO Management (10%) Drive organic growth by developing and executing an effective SEO strategy, including content creation and technical SEO improvements.
- Conduct keyword research, monitor rankings, and optimize site structure for search engines.
- Work with content creators to produce high-value, SEO-friendly educational content for retail investors.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, Payback) and pivot where necessary
- Build regular reports on acquisition performance and identify key areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with product, design, and tech teams to align acquisition strategies with broader business goals.
About you:
- Proven ability to develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive scalable user acquisition while optimizing ROI / Payback and reducing CAC on Meta /TikTok & Youtube
- Hands-on experience with campaign management, A/B testing, and analytics tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, or TikTok Ads Manager, including proficiency in bid strategy optimization and audience segmentation
- Hands-on experience in budget allocation, real-time performance monitoring, and campaign iteration to achieve growth targets
- Skilled in designing, implementing, and optimizing referral programs to drive viral growth, leveraging data insights to enhance participation, conversion rates, and overall program effectiveness
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, technical optimization, and link-building strategies
- Ideally you will have experience working in fintech, particularly within retail investing or similar financial services sectors
