Job Summary:

The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations while managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support.
  • Respond to client enquiries, obtain quotes and send to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise to ensure timely completion.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation, proposals, and follow-ups as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and propose ideas to generate business development
