Job Description

Role Overview:  


You will provide accounts and administration support to the company professionals, both as part of a team and individually. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the company’s global financial operations.


Main Responsibilities (include but not limited to):  


  • Basic accounts duties and admin including full compliance with local tax rules in line with Fulkrum’s processes.
  • Speaking with clients to obtain signed timesheets/work orders as and when needed.
  • Liaising with coordinators to obtain the correct information for invoicing. 
  • Ensuring all travel and expenses are billed correctly.
  • Addressing invoicing queries on an urgent basis
  • Raising and distribution of Sales invoices
  • Creating Pro-forma sales invoices
  • Overseeing the processing inspector’s invoices on IRIS and Sage. 
  • Credit control daily.
  • Weekly reporting submitted every Tuesday (Aged debt & PO pending)
  • Ensuring monthly deadlines are met. 

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Full working knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Able to work using own initiative.
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Sage 200
  • Able to communicate with clients, suppliers and senior members of staff.
  • Credit control
