Role Overview:
You will provide accounts and administration support to the company professionals, both as part of a team and individually. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the company’s global financial operations.
Main Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Basic accounts duties and admin including full compliance with local tax rules in line with Fulkrum’s processes.
- Speaking with clients to obtain signed timesheets/work orders as and when needed.
- Liaising with coordinators to obtain the correct information for invoicing.
- Ensuring all travel and expenses are billed correctly.
- Addressing invoicing queries on an urgent basis
- Raising and distribution of Sales invoices
- Creating Pro-forma sales invoices
- Overseeing the processing inspector’s invoices on IRIS and Sage.
- Weekly reporting submitted every Tuesday (Aged debt & PO pending)
- Ensuring monthly deadlines are met.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Full working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Able to work using own initiative.
- Confident telephone manner
- Able to communicate with clients, suppliers and senior members of staff.
