We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Clerk Now for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for all invoices and other accounting documents filing and control.
- Responsible for checking invoice postings and uploading
- Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of few vendor reconciliations, invoice pending list and payment batch.
- Ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
- Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities
