Apt Resources is excited to announce an opportunity for an Accountant with HR Experience to join a prestigious real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting along with human resources experience, enabling them to manage financial transactions while supporting HR functions within the organization. This dual role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and also assisting in recruitment, employee onboarding, and payroll processing.


Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance evaluations
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
  • Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to enhance financial and HR processes
