Accountant (Real Estate/Construction) – Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you meet the below criteria and are available for an immediate local transfer, we encourage you to apply.
Job Requirements:
✅ If holding an MCom degree, a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA) is mandatory.
✅ Candidates at the final level of ACCA, CIMA, or CA-Inter can be considered without a degree.
✅ Minimum 8 years of experience, including:
- At least 2 years in an audit firm.
- 6 years in the commercial sector, with 2-3 years in real estate or construction.
Minimum Qualifications:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
📌 Part qualification in ACCA, CMA, or CA is required.
📌 Experience in monthly closing and cash flow management.
📌 Prior experience in Focus ERP is mandatory.
📌 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
📌 Excellent problem-solving abilities.
📌 Must be based in Abu Dhabi and available to join immediately with a local transfer.
💰 Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month (all-inclusive)

Technical Skills:
- Financial Accounting & Reporting – Strong knowledge of IFRS & GAAP.
- Audit & Compliance – Experience with internal and external audits.

- Budgeting & Forecasting – Expertise in financial planning and forecasting.
- Taxation & VAT Compliance – Knowledge of UAE tax regulations and VAT filing.

- General Ledger & Month-End Close – Ensuring accurate financial records.

- Cost Control & Financial Operations – Managing expenses and cost centers.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical Thinking – Ability to assess financial risks and opportunities.
