Accountant for a Fitout/Interior Company With similar experience

Ontime Group is looking for a skilled and motivated Accountant to join our dynamic team within our Fitout/Interior division. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounting roles within the fit-out or interior design industry and will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities to ensure the company's fiscal health.

• Manage all accounting transactions and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to guide business decisions
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Generate financial reports and statements to present to management
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of various accounts
• Assist with audits, financial reviews, and tax filings
• Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and profitability
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
