Job Description

  • Compilation and preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, client invoice preparation
  • Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements for clients according to company procedures.
  • Coordinate the handling of freight, logistics and the movement of robots along with necessary minor repairs.
  • Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
  • Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
  • Monitor and take inventory on periodic basis to compile orders based on requirements
  • Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems (scanning and uploading the documents to Zoho)
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to concerned internal staff and record keeping

Requirements
  • Should have experience in warehouse inventory and logistics
  • Preferable to have UAE Driving License
  • Should be hard working and committed
