History and Achievements:
INOI was founded in 2016 by Estonian businessman Vassili Sibirtsev and Finnish entrepreneur Victor Dmitrienko. Starting its operations in the CIS markets, the company successfully sold over 10 million devices. Accountant
Roles and responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Prepare, check correctness of Purchase & Sales Invoices.
  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions.
  • Preparing and posting journals.
  • Receiving and storing invoices.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • Should have UAE banking payment experience, WPS payment etc.
  • Should have understanding of Customs Declaration related invoices.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records, and security.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts closings.
  • Compute VAT and prepare FTA VAT returns.
  • Reconciles financial inconsistencies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Take care of the archiving within department.
  • Make sure orders are closed with all documents available.
  • Engage in month end adjustments & book closing finalization of accounts.
  • Accountable for preparing comprehensive analysis reports for the assigned area.
  • Full cycle understanding of AR and AP processes.
  • Multi-tasking and work independently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • The ability to work under pressure, multi-task, organize and prioritize workload to meet numerous deadlines is essential for this role.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration or related field. 
  • Post graduate degree and/or Professional certification such as CFA, CIMA, ACCA, CA will be a plus.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and such.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Proficient User of Microsoft Office – MS-Word, MS-Excel, Powerpoint, Access [Advanced Excel skills – Power BI, Dashboards, Macros.]
  • ERP Knowledge: Proficient user of any ERP system Dynamics 365 BC software is MUST.
