Job Description
Our client specialized in metering, processing, and engineering solutions for the oil and gas sector in the Middle East and Africa. The company designs, manufactures, and supplies skid-mounted equipment, covering all project stages from engineering to commissioning. The company ensures high-quality, reliable delivery and comprehensive after-sales support. Continuously evolving, it enhances its processes to meet client and industry standards.
Main duties and responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain
financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections on weekly, quarterly,
monthly basis
- Oversee accounts payable and
receivable processes
- Familiarity with accounting
software (e.g. Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP, 1C, etc)
- Submission of VAT reports to
tax authorities
- Monitor and analyse
financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with local
tax laws and regulations
- Conduct regular audits to
identify any discrepancies or errors
- Assist in the preparation of
financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other
departments to develop and implement financial strategies
- Keep up-to-date with changes
in financial regulations and legislation
- Participate in the
development and implementation of financial systems and processes
- Payment’s execution
- Preparing of sale invoices
- Handle any other ad-hoc
tasks as assigned by the management team.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations
- Proficiencent in accounting software and MS Office applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
