Responsible for complete day-to-day accounting of the organization
Reporting to the management – Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
Sales Accounting/Revenue Recognition of businesses
Employee Accounting other than Payroll – Advances, Deduction, full & final settlement & reconciliation
Vouch for process improvement and automation ideas to improve efficiencies in bookkeeping
Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, payroll, etc.
Assist in the audit process by providing information and data
Preparation & finalization of VAT returns
Assisting in preparation of financial reports and management reports to executives
Support in creating monthly forecasts and yearly budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs.
Driving & tracking cost control initiatives
Analyze financial information for trends and errors
Follow up actively on receivables
Manage cash flows of the business
Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
More than 3 years of general accounting experience either in a start up firm, listed Group or as an external auditor Bachelor’s / Masters degree in accounting, finance, math, business administration, or a related field.
Additional Notes
Manage tasks and projects independently
May be required to work extended hours during month end/ quarter & year end/ audits and other peak times
Experience in beauty & service industry is preferred.
