As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. You will assist in the preparation of financial reports, and analyze financial data to support decision-making and budgeting processes. Your attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software will contribute to the financial health and transparency of the business, helping drive long-term growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Managing Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP), including related journal vouchers (JVs)
Familiarity with RTR (Record to Report) processes
Performing bank reconciliations
Preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports
Reconciling AR/AP and inter-company balances
Handling other day-to-day accounting tasks as required
Requirements
1-3 years experiences
SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
MUST have Real Estate Accounting
with UAE VAT knowledge
