Responsible for;
Billing:

• Prepare, issue, and manage customer invoices.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and related documents.
• Record and process incoming payments.

Collections:

• Follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Address customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
• Implement effective collections strategies.

Credit Management:

• Assess and approve customer credit limits.
• Monitor overdue accounts and manage credit risks.
• Establish and enforce payment terms and bank guarantees.

Master Data Maintenance:

• Maintain and update accurate customer records.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
