Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to work on a part-time basis, visiting the office 2-3 times a week. The role involves managing financial accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing strategic financial advice, and handling visa applications for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting to support business objectives.
Taxation and Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, GST, and other regulatory obligations.
- Provide expert tax planning advice to optimize financial performance.
Visa and Immigration Support:
- Manage and oversee employee visa applications, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Coordinate with immigration consultants, legal advisors, and government authorities to ensure compliance with visa and work permit regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding visa-related inquiries and guidance.
Auditing and Risk Management:
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
- Identify potential financial risks and recommend mitigating strategies.
Advisory Services:
- Provide strategic financial advice to management for decision-making and investments.
- Support financial planning for future projects and expansions.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with financial and immigration regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant.
- Develop and implement best practices in financial and visa-related processes.
Collaboration:
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Skills
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized institute.(preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, auditing, and taxation.
- Prior experience managing visa applications is an advantage.
Skills:
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of immigration laws and visa processes.
