Job Description

  • Analyze balance sheets, income, cash flow statements, and other reports to assess accuracy.
  • Provide assistance with balance sheets, tax calculations, and financial statement information.
  • Assist the yearly external audit of the company. Able to handle the auditor’s
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Analyze reconciling bank statements, and monitor company finances to issue accurate and insightful reports within defined deadlines.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:


Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.

Enter financial data into accounting software and databases.

Perform regular data entry tasks with high attention to detail.

Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts.

Posting journal entries, maintaining accounts, receivables, and/or payables.

Assist Procurement manager in material purchasing and Posting invoices.

Coordinate with the chief accountant for month-end and year-end closing processes.

Payroll processing and Inventory management

Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.

Prepare VAT returns and filings

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Keep track of all intercompany transactions to be billed and processed.
