Job Description



This role provides comprehensive accounting support, managing the entire accounting cycle, preparing financial reports, and assisting with month-end closing. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with overseas teams and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Description


Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL), and daily accounting operations.Ensure timely payments by sending payment reminders and communicating directly with clients regarding outstanding invoices.Generate reports for financial analysis, such as accounts receivable aging reports, credit control reports, and other trend analyses.Reconcile sales receipts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.Assist in maintaining the fixed asset register and prepare fixed asset schedules, depreciation schedules, and related journal entries.Collaborate and provide support to operations teams across overseas offices.Contribute to the month-end closing process by assisting with task completion and preparing necessary schedules.Participate in ad-hoc assignments as needed.




Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in accounting.Strong personal qualities including proactiveness, self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a high sense of responsibility.Ability to adapt and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
