Job Description

· Handle all accounting tasks, including but not limited to:

  •  Making monthly and quarterly VAT calculations.
  •  Posting all expenses in correct account heads.
  • Generating estimates for sales and invoicing to customers.
  • Monitoring receivables and conducting ageing analysis.
  • Posting vendor bills and managing payables.
  • Conducting payable ageing analysis.
  • Creating daily cash summaries.
  • Closing cash on a daily basis in Excel sheets and in Zoho Books software.
  • Performing bank reconciliation on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Managing payroll, including calculations of payroll  and payments through WPS and cash

o Following up on employees' health insurance and ILOE

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or certification in the same field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting aspects like balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecast, and profitability.
  • An analytical personality, apt in understanding data by investigating the interplay between various information.
  • Reporting Skills
  • Qualified Microsoft Suite professional with a proven track record of implementing technology in financial tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books software and proficiency in generating reports in Excel sheets.
  • Proven ability to handle a wide range of accounting responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
  •  Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Experience in dealing with Insurance for motor claims is a plus.
