Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Check details of customer’s applications and ensure full information available prior to execution.
  • Complete all accounts opening applications received from branches accurately and efficiently.
  • Process all transactions received as per P&P.
  • Execute all transactions and complete it within the time limit.
  • Timely reporting to concerned parties on all Operational Risk, Fraud and AML issues.


Skills

 Preference


Good understanding of protocols and procedures to be compliant with UAE regulations and requirements.

Proven work experience in banking Problem solving and dispute settling skills

Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree from an internationally recognized educational institute

1-2 years practical experience in of Account Management Department

Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
