About the Company:

Our client is a leading PR agency in Dubai, known for delivering strategic communications and media relations services to top-tier clients across a variety of industries. They are looking for a talented and experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic team immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing real estate clients, excellent media relations skills, and the ability to handle multiple accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of real estate clients, delivering tailored PR strategies and campaigns that meet client goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, media contacts, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality press materials including press releases, media pitches, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, creative, digital) to ensure that campaigns are executed seamlessly.
• Monitor media coverage and provide detailed reports to clients, showcasing the success and impact of campaigns.
• Offer strategic counsel and PR guidance to clients to elevate their public profile within the real estate sector.
• Handle crisis communication and respond to media inquiries as required.
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients, keeping them informed of progress and any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop growth strategies for accounts and expand business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Immediate availabilityis a must-candidates who are available to start right away will be prioritized.
• 3+ years of experience in a PR agency, with a focus on real estate clients.
• Proven experience in media relations, with established connections to real estate-focused journalists and media outlets in the UAE and GCC.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong understanding of the PR landscape, including digital and social media strategies, especially in the real estate industry.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, clients, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A results-driven approach with a passion for the real estate sector and its evolving trends.
• Experience managing a small team or mentoring junior staff would be a plus.
