Your Role
You will be working within our team in Dubai working across the Middle East and Africa region. You will have a great opportunity to learn and be part of Edelman’s various digital marketing processes/approaches, including brand engagements, creative social media campaigns, executive positioning, and performance marketing.

Key Role and Responsibilities


  • Manage social, content and influencer activity and digital programs across key clients. 
  • Manage and develop client relationships, through day-today account management. 
  • Write digital proposals and plans for social, content and influencer activities – both standalone campaigns and integrated creative campaigns; develop channel recommendations and content frameworks. 
  • Work with analytics and insights specialists to inform strategic recommendations; collaborate with creative and content teams, counselling on channels, format, and execution; align with the paid media team on channel and amplification. 
  • Research and reports using digital data, with insights and recommendations
  • Deliver digital and integrated projects, managing timelines and client expectations. 
  • Ensure quality and operational performance of the digital output, working closely with teams to deliver the work that is client ready and on time. 
  • Supporting on research and input on new business pitches 

Knowledge and Skills


  • Understands and participates in agency billing and invoicing procedures.
  • Records and submits time, expenses, and POs to the right project codes on a timely basis.
  • Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot client budget issues and to facilitate discussions between client and agency billing departments.
  • Participates in new business process, including research, audits, idea contribution and proposal preparation.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or relevant field
  • Proven ability to lead multiple small or medium sized projects simultaneously.
