Job Description

Client Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants and new candidates, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their evolving needs and align service offerings accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients on timely manner.
Account Growth:
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Come up with strategies to increase the lifetime value of clients through strategic account management.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to develop account expansion strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Reporting:
  • Provide regular updates on account performance, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive account reviews to clients, highlighting achievements and future plans.
  • Establish procedures for systematic archiving and preservation of project documents for future reference.
  • Provide training on effective document retrieval methods to team members.
Client Feedback:
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to maintain a positive relationship.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in account management or a related field.
  • Ideally experience in the following sectors: AEC, Construction, Technology, Transportation, Energy and Renewable, Defense.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs, particularly pertaining to secondment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Handle the Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) very well.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Having a client-minded and goal-oriented focus and you have a problem-solving attitude.
