Job Description

The Role:


The Account Manager role is to foster collaboration and communication between clients and internal teams. 


Primary Duties and Responsibilities


  • Day-to-day running of client accounts and campaigns in different sectors.
  • Develop and implement integrated communications plans and ad-hock deck as per the clients’ requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects and network to deliver on time and high-quality products.
  • Update and develop necessary project management reports.
  • Assist in managing budget against SOW.
  • File all documents properly as per SOPs.
  • Come up with creative ideas to meet our clients’ objectives.
  • Nurture client relationships, take ownership of client and new business projects.  
  • Leverage senior level relationships within APCO Riyadh and beyond to further build the client relationships.
  • Assist in driving and leading internal and client meetings, offer knowledgeable observations and suggestions, establish credibility by insights shared, encourage and motivate others to communicate ideas on strategy and tactics.

Ad-Hocks Assignment/reports:


  • As per the Direct Manager’s requests

Requirements:


  • University graduate (Business, International Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years related work experience.
  • A genuine interest in the communications space, thriving on the variety and diversity of agency life.
  • Solid understanding of strategic communications, and campaign planning.  
  • Robust understanding of regulatory landscape in the region.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English

Work Conditions:

  • Some travel may be required.

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
