Job Summary:
An energetic and proactive Account Manager to join our Commercial Partnerships Team. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of quoting for client staffing projects, including the preparation of accurate and detailed quotes based on client requirements. You will also be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling our staffing services. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for driving client satisfaction and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Relationship Management:
· Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
· Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, and proactively manage communication.
· Provide a personalized experience, addressing specific client needs and preferences.
2.Sales & Upselling:
· Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional services and increase revenue from existing clients.
· Work closely with clients to understand their future needs and propose appropriate staffing solutions.
· Present and promote new services to clients and demonstrate their value.
3.Quote Preparation & Project Coordination:
· Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for clients based on their project requirements.
· Work with internal teams to ensure that all client needs are communicated and understood for smooth execution.
· Manage the end-to-end process of delivering services, from initial quote to final invoice.
4.Account Strategy & Growth:
· Develop strategies for expanding accounts and increasing client spend.
· Analyze client feedback and identify areas for service improvement or new service offerings.
· Regularly check in with clients to ensure that they are satisfied and that any issues are resolved promptly.
5.Administrative Tasks:
· Prepare and send invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Maintain accurate records in CRM systems regarding client interactions, preferences, and any relevant notes.
6.Collaboration & Internal Communication:
· Collaborate closely with the operations and staffing teams to ensure a seamless service delivery process.
· Work with the marketing team to ensure that clients are aware of all relevant promotions or new services.
WORKING HOURS: Saturday - Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (Every other Saturday off)
