Client Overview:
I’m partnering with an exceptionally creative luxury branding agency based in Dubai, known for its expertise in crafting bespoke branding and marketing strategies for the most prestigious real estate clients in the region. This agency’s portfolio includes high-end developments and iconic properties, with a reputation for delivering world-class campaigns and exceptional results. They are currently seeking a talented Account Manager to join their team and elevate their client relationships even further.
Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be the key liaison between the agency and their luxury real estate clients. Your role will be to nurture and develop long-term client relationships, ensure seamless project execution, and deliver strategic guidance that aligns with the clients’ branding and marketing goals. You will work alongside the agency’s creative and strategic teams to bring bold, innovative concepts to life, all while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for luxury real estate clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring a smooth flow of information.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring their branding and marketing objectives are met.
- Oversee the development and execution of branding strategies, including digital, print, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, design, strategy, and project management, to deliver high-quality work tailored to each client’s needs.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations and are executed on schedule.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value to clients and expand the scope of services offered.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, helping them to elevate their brand presence in the competitive luxury real estate market.
- Prepare and present regular client reports, ensuring transparency and keeping clients informed on the progress of campaigns and projects.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experiencein account management, ideally within a luxury branding, real estate, or marketing agency environment.
- A proven track record of managing high-profile clients, especially in luxury real estate or premium brands.
- Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and creative processes, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and manage client expectations at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail and delivering under pressure.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects across various media platforms.
