Your Impact As an Account Manager at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth and customer retention by strategically managing and developing these accounts.
A Typical Day
Engaging with key decision-makers within your assigned accounts to ensure their needs are being met.
Plan strategically and execute quickly on managing accounts to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products and services.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, finance, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Proactively address customer concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective account strategies and seize new business opportunities.
Your Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role within the technology industry.
Strong understanding of the technology landscape and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
Arabic speaking is a must.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 4 days in our Dubai office and 1 day working from home. Candidates must be Native Arabic speakers, and demonstrate impeccable English language skills, both written and verbal.
