Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager (Corporate) to contribute to the growth and profitability of our business. In this role, you will manage key corporate accounts, develop tailored sales strategies, and drive customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and build long-term relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate clients.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to create effective sales plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales support to retain and nurture client relationships.
  • Coordinate with senior account managers to develop customized sales strategies for key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding the corporate client base.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, pricing, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations to support business development efforts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to assist in the implementation of marketing plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:


  • Experience: 2-5 years in a sales or account management role, preferably in IT infrastructure, software applications, or managed services.
  • Sales Ability: Proven ability to penetrate new accounts and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions effectively.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong sales acumen with a whatever it takes attitude to drive deals to closure.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience in IT sales or related fields is an advantage.
  • CRM & Reporting: Proficiency in using CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
