Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AI and cryptocurrency sectors. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on AI tools and cryptocurrency solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most current and relevant information. Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management on account status and performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the AI and cryptocurrency industries. Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications. In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in the cryptocurrency industry. Strong network of contacts within the AI and cryptocurrency sectors.
