Impact:


As Tailwind’s Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with leading brands & agencies to sell through the value of Tailwind’s technology offering.


In this role you will be reporting directly to Tailwind’s Regional Head and working alongisde Tailwind’s team based in UAE & Europe. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Drive quarterly and annual revenue initiatives to achieve new business quotas in an individual contributor role.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to a wide range of audiences, including high-level marketing professionals and agency ad-tech experts.
  • Conduct Solutions’ Discovery sessions directly with prospects and customers.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to develop growth strategies across our key business portfolios.
  • Work closely with local and regional management to align revenue goals.
  • Building and maintaining a sales pipeline and provide commentary to weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Participate in events and webinars with our global parners and members of our wider teams to demonstrate thought leadership and evangelise Tailwind’s value proposition.


We’ re looking for someone who:


  • Possesses 3-4 years of experience in the Advertising Technology sector, specifically working in a solutions provider role or as a digital media professional with extensive hands-on ad-tech experience within an agency.
  • Demonstrates a history of building and maintaining strong, trusting, and collaborative relationships with key senior-level stakeholders in marketing organizations.
  • Thrives as a driven individual contributor, growing existing sales opportunities and sourcing new ones.
  • Exhibits a track record of owning customer relationships and overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, including client meetings, data analysis, and business reviews.
  • Delivers accurate and predictable sales forecasting within weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
  • Embraces a collaborative, positive, and can-do approach.
  • Commits to traveling when needed.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree.
  • Speaks fluent Arabic (a plus).
