Job Summary:
Join a dynamic, MARS-USED COMPUTER as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis, maintaining cash flow, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to help scale the business efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Manage day-to-day financial activities including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- VAT &Tax Compliance: Lead the preparation and submission of VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines. Monitor and ensure that all tax filings (corporate income tax, VAT, etc.) are submitted accurately and on time
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain the annual budget, monitor performance, and adjust forecasts as necessary to meet business goals.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity for operations and expansion.
- Financial Analysis: Provide regular reports on financial performance and make recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, operations, and HR, to ensure financial strategies align with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance-related role, with exposure to small or medium-sized businesses.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulation, and reconciliation of balance sheets.
