Job Description
CSM Middle East became part of the Wasserman agency following an acquisition in October 2023. In the Middle East region we continue to operate as CSM for the short-term whilst we go through the necessary changes to our business licenses, and we expect to rebrand, in line with the rest of the global CSM business, in 2025.

As an Account Executive, you will be part of the CSM Middle East team working closely with an account team and reporting into the Account Director.You will support the account team to ensure that all client deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and meet the quality expectations of CSM and its clients.
We are looking for talent with great organizational skills, detail oriented, and a proactive approach.Experience working with brands holding a sponsorship portfolio with arts, sport or entertainment would be an advantage.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assist the Account Team with:
•Support effective management of regular status meetings with clients, suppliers and internally within the team
•Create and maintain weekly status reports (internal and external)
•Up-keep of post event reporting documentation across the team
•Up-keep of audit documentation across the sponsorship portfolio
•Sponsorship portal support
•Support in project planning and implementation at on-ground activations & live events
•Day-to-day client and teams support for respective projects
•Organize client/supplier meetings and requirements thereof
•Support the relationship management of internal stakeholders and suppliers
•Ensure account filing is done in a simple and efficient fashion
•Support with onboarding of suppliers and documentation
•Support with team with administrative tasks

The Skills and Experience you will need
•University graduate
•Fluency in English, written and spoken. Arabic beneficial.

•1-2 years’ experience in Sports Marketing / Account Management preferred but not mandatory

•Client-facing experience within the Middle East region beneficial
