We’re recruiting ‘Account Director’ for one of our client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Our client is a leading media consultant company based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in media buying, digital and social media services, and organizing impactful events and activities. With a focus on helping brands elevate their presence, they offer tailored solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the modern media landscape. Their expertise ensures maximum visibility, engagement, and results across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Primary contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong
Ensure client satisfaction
Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the agency and the client
Oversee the financial performance of accounts, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management within an agency environment, preferably with multinational experience
Fluency in Arabic is essential; proficiency in English is also required
Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market and cultural nuances
Experience working with global brands and managing large-scale campaigns
Proven track record of growing accounts and securing new business
Experience in digital marketing and social media strategies
