As a 3D Visualiser, you will play a critical role
in developing and presenting architectural concepts through detailed 3D models
and photorealistic renderings. You will work closely with designers and

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present high-quality 3D models and renderings for interior and exterior spaces.
- Utilize 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer to create photo-realistic visualisations.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visual storytelling materials.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand and execute project requirements.
- Conduct research on materials, lighting techniques, and construction methodologies to enhance visualisation accuracy.
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 3D rendering.
Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 3-10 years of experience in architectural
visualisation within residential and mixed-use developments.
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona
Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM
workflows is a plus.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and
rendering workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be based in UAE
