Key Responsibilities: - Client Origination & Relationship Management – Build and expand partnerships with leading Real Estate and Investment partners across the region.
- Market Intelligence & Headhunting – Identify and engage top-tier front-office professionals.
- Business Development – Proactively secure new business and establish a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Candidate Advisory – Guide senior professionals through the hiring process, providing strategic career insights.
