We are looking for individuals who after the graduate programme can specialise into any number of our specialisms.


  • Project and Programme Management


  • Cost and Commercial Management


  • Health, Safety and Wellbeing


During the 2-year programme you will through being part of the team learn ‘on the job’. 


  • In Project and Programme Management, you will support projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality requirements, coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives set out in the project plans.


  • In Commercial Management (Quantity Surveying), you will play a key role in supporting cost management services from contract signature and award to completion of projects. You will be supporting with advising on the issue of certificates and preparation of cost control and reporting services.


  • In Health, Safety and Wellbeing you will be supporting the implementation of health safety and wellbeing (HSW) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards. Supporting audits on behalf of the business for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable standards.


You will also work towards gaining professional membership of a professional association, fully funded and supported by us. Depending on your existing qualifications and your career goals, options include the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the Association of Project Management (APM), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), or the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).


You’ll need to have:


  • A bachelor’s degree or higher and need to have graduated in the last 12 months.


  • You will need to have a GPA score of 3.3 or above.


  • Mastery of English language both written and orally.


  • Strong data and analysis skills.


  • Clear communication and influencing skills.

As our projects are spread across different locations, your work base will be flexible, and travel may be required to various project sites or Mace offices. It’s therefore important to have a positive and flexible approach towards travel.
