We're working with an architectural consultancy in Abu Dhabi at an exciting time in their development. They have won a very high-end and prestigious residential/mixed use project in Abu Dhabi itself. We're now looking for 2-4 BIM Architects to be responsible for creating and managing BIM models and information containers specific to architecture. You will be contributing to the development of accurate and detailed digital representations of this exclusive residential project. Your responsibilities will include:
Create and maintain BIM models according to project standards and guidelines.
Develop detailed discipline-specific models, such as architectural, structural, or MEP models.
Collaborate with other BIM Modellers and the BIM Coordinator to resolve clashes and coordination issues.
Ensure that BIM models are accurate, upto-date, and reflect the latest design changes.
Follow naming conventions and object classifications as defined in the project's BIM standards.
Conduct quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with other team members to exchange BIM data and models.
Assist in the preparation of BIM deliverables for design reviews, presentations, and submissions.
Stay informed about discipline-specific BIM tools, software updates, and best practices.
Participate in BIM related training and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors in Architecture (construction), Architectural Technology or equivalent.
Between 5-10 years experience in BIM Architecture on live projects.
Excellent knowledge in BIM software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, InDesign, Photoshop and MS Office.
Advanced and careful Knowledge on collaborative work in ACC.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Must have experience with Abu Dhabi building regulations.
