Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled candidate who is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the business, enabling operational efficiency, and identifying key opportunities for growth and optimization.
This role will work cross-functionally with management teams to build and integrate decision-making frameworks, enhance organizational performance, and provide actionable insights through advanced analytics, business intelligence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Leadership and Vision:
Lead the overall strategy and vision for the Business Excellence, Decision Analytics & Insights function, aligning with the organization’s long-term goals and objectives. Develop and implement a roadmap for improving business performance through data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement methodologies, and advanced analytics. Collaborate with management to ensure analytics and insights initiatives are aligned with business priorities and help deliver on organizational targets. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven innovation across the organization.
2. Decision Analytics, Insights:
Oversee the design and deployment of advanced analytics models and frameworks to drive insights that improve operational efficiency, profitability, customer experience, and competitive positioning. Manage a team of data scientist, analyst, and business intelligence professional to provide actionable insights and analytics to various functional areas. Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions to support business decision-making and long-term planning. Champion the use of data visualization, business intelligence (BI) tools, and dashboards for decision support and reporting across departments. Leverage insights to drive business strategies in areas such as customer segmentation, market analysis, product development, pricing strategies, and operational optimization.
3. Business Excellence & Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement across all business operations, applying best practices in process optimization and quality management. Utilize improvement methodologies to identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance quality across business functions. Work with cross-functional teams to implement business excellence initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and reduce operational costs. Build and maintain a robust framework for tracking and reporting business performance metrics and KPIs.
4. Team Leadership & Talent Development:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data professional, business analyst, and process improvement expert. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture that encourages innovative thinking, accountability, and cross-functional teamwork. Provide professional development opportunities for team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to excel. Establish performance standards and ensure that team objectives are consistently met, while maintaining a high level of engagement and motivation 5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with senior leaders, business units, and functional teams to understand business challenges and opportunities, translating them into analytics-driven solutions. Act as the primary liaison for business excellence, analytics, and insights, advocating for the integration of data-driven practices throughout the organization. Provide clear, actionable reports and presentations to key stakeholders, including the executive team, board of directors, and business unit leaders.
6. Innovation and Technology:
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics, business intelligence, and process optimization to ensure the organization is leveraging cutting-edge tools and techniques. Recommend and implement new technologies and platforms that improve data management, decision-making, and business process improvement. Oversee the development and maintenance of the analytics infrastructure, ensuring data quality, security, and scalability.
7. Change Management:
Collaborate for change management efforts related to the adoption of data-driven decision-making, business excellence practices, and new analytics technologies. Drive the organization’s ability to adapt to new business realities by effectively communicating the value of analytics and continuous improvement initiatives. Support the execution of organizational transformation efforts by using insights to guide strategic decisions and operational adjustments.
Role Requirements and Qualifications :
Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS for statistical modeling, data analysis, and predictive modeling. Advanced knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn for building predictive and prescriptive models. Experience with AI-powered tools for automation and decision intelligence. Expertise in business intelligence (BI) and data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, and Looker to convert data into actionable insights. Knowledge of data storage solutions such as Amazon Redshift, Google Big Query, Snowflake, or Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics. Understanding of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism for automating business processes. Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and integrating cutting-edge technologies into business operations.
