Job Summary:
End User Computing (EUC) Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the IT infrastructure used by end users in the organization. This includes Windows-based environments, Microsoft 365 (M365) services, and printers.
Key Responsibilities:
Windows OS Management : Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, etc.). Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain system security and performance.
Microsoft 365 (M365) Administration: Manage M365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) for users including license assignments and user permissions.Troubleshoot M365 issues, including email configuration, SharePoint access, and Teams connectivity. Printer and Peripheral Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot network and local printers across the organization. Maintain printer drivers, print queues, and manage print servers. User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide timely technical support to end users through a ticketing system or direct interaction.Assist with desktop imaging, new hardware setup, and replacement of faulty components.
Role Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in end-user computing support or related roles. Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of network printer setup and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist end users with technical issues.
