Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Solution Lead for Oracle Fusion Finance to oversee solution design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials.This position requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance and the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders
Key Responsibilities :
Solution design : Lead the overall design and architecture of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions to meet client-specific business requirements. Conduct CRP sessions : Facilitate CRP sessions to validate solution designs with key business users.Address any functional gaps or areas requiring refinement in collaboration with stakeholders. Functional Configurations : Perform the configuration of Oracle Fusion Finance modules. UAT support : Provide support to business users during UAT phases, ensuring comprehensive test cases and scenarios are executed. Anchor and resolve cross track dependencies Cutover planning : Manage and monitor the cutover process, including data migration, system configuration, and go-live readiness. Drive solution discussions daily with client senior stakeholders including the CFO .
Role Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 16 years of experience . In depth hands on experience of Oracle Fusion Finance modules -GL, AP, AR, Fixed assets, Cash mgmt., Cloud Expenses. In depth knowledge of Fusion Finance accounting. Should have experience of at least 4 end to end fusion finance implementation projects with at least 2 of them in a solution architect capacity. Should have done fusion finance implementation for at least 1 retail client CA background strongly preferred. Experience of having worked for at least 1 middle east customer strongly preferred.
